SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

1. Program Overview

FleetAI provides a fleet management platform used by NYC TLC fleet operators to manage their drivers, vehicles, and payments. Through FleetAI, participating fleet operators send transactional SMS account notifications to the drivers who lease vehicles from them. SLOCO Inc is a participating fleet operator that sends these messages to its own drivers from the toll-free number (833) 449-0708.

This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

If you lease a vehicle from a fleet operator that uses FleetAI, you may receive account notifications such as:

  • Rent and balance payment reminders
  • E-ZPass / toll negative-balance alerts
  • Parking and traffic ticket notices recorded against your vehicle
  • Other important account updates related to your leased vehicle

Sample messages

  • "Hi [name], this is a reminder that you have an outstanding balance of $[amount] to [company] for your leased vehicle with license plate [plate]. Please make a payment as soon as possible. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
  • "[company]: Your E-ZPass balance for plate [plate] is negative. Please add funds to avoid violations. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

3. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity (for example, when a payment is due or a ticket is reported).

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. FleetAI and the fleet operator do not charge you for receiving these messages.

4. How Consent Is Obtained (Opt-In)

Drivers provide prior express written consent to receive these SMS account notifications by signing a vehicle lease agreement with their fleet operator. Each lease contains TCPA-compliant consent language authorizing the fleet operator to send transactional text messages to the mobile number the driver provides.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Drivers may decline SMS messaging and still lease a vehicle, and may opt out at any time as described below.

5. Opt-Out and Help

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program unless you opt back in.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are used solely to deliver the account notifications described above and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
