Messages and calls

One fleet number for drivers: texts and calls

Text drivers from the fleet's line and read every reply in one inbox. Calls ring on the desktop and on your phone with the driver's name. Recordings and transcripts stay in the thread.

How the fleet line works

  1. Step 1

    One number

Every driver's thread in one inbox, the balance beside each name. Drivers text the fleet, not your cell.

  2. Step 2

    Reminders that send themselves

Rent reminders, overdue notices, and the weekly report go out on schedule. Broadcast to every driver in one send when something changes.

  3. Step 3

    Calls that ring like calls

A driver's call rings on the desktop and in FleetAi Manager on your iPhone, with their name. The recording and the transcript land in the thread.

The messaging inbox: one thread per driver with balances beside each name

The whole conversation, in one place.

  • Texts, calls, recordings, and transcripts in the same thread, per driver.
  • Anyone with access to the inbox can answer; nothing lives on one person's phone.
  • Rent reminders and overdue notices reference the driver's actual balance.

Questions about messaging

Do drivers need an app?
No. They text and call an ordinary number. The app is for you, on the desktop and on the iPhone.
Can more than one person answer?
Yes. Anyone with access to the inbox sees every thread and can reply or pick up.
Which number do drivers see?
The fleet's own line, the same one every time, whoever answers.
Can I call from my phone?
Yes, from FleetAi Manager. Incoming calls ring there too, with the driver's name.

Guides on running the fleet

From the blog. Written for fleet owners, not for software.

We set up every fleet personally.

Tell us about yours: how many cars, how you collect rent, which E-ZPass and ticket accounts you hold. We bring the data in with you and hand you a running fleet.
