How NYC TLC fleets collect weekly rent without chasing anyone

Rent
Weekly invoices go out on schedule. Zelle payments match to the right driver by name and amount. Balances settle oldest-first, and the reminders send themselves.
Step 1
Every week, per car, on schedule, with the terms from the driver's agreement. You see every invoice in the ledger; you do not send any of them.
Step 2
Connect the fleet's Zelle once. Each payment matches to the driver who sent it by name and amount and lands on the open invoice. Card and bank transfers come in from the driver's portal. Cash and checks are logged by hand.
Step 3
Payments apply to the oldest charge first. Reminders and overdue notices go out from the fleet line, and enforcement waits behind the grace period you set.
