How a ticket gets handled
Step 1
Tickets are found
Every plate on the fleet is checked for parking and camera tickets, fleet-wide, and each one lands on a hotspot map with its photo and notice.
Step 2
The ticket moves to the driver
The driver's dates on the car decide who was parked. The ticket is transferred through CCWeb, and the driver's balance carries it.
Step 3
Summonses arrive early
TLC summonses come in from OATH's records, with the hearing date, the code, and whether it is open or closed.
